J. King DeShazo Roofing is growing and adding a Commercial Roofing Technician to
our team. We’re looking for someone dependable, coachable, and motivated to improve
their craft.
This is a structured, team-oriented environment where quality and safety matter — and
where experienced technicians help newer team members sharpen their skills.
What You’ll Do
- Repair commercial and industrial roofing systems
- Work safely at heights
- Use tools and materials with precision
- Follow established processes
- Support a crew that values efficiency and strong workmanship
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing experience strongly preferred
- Positive, professional attitude
- Willingness to learn from experienced technicians
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license + clean record
- Able to pass background and VDOT checks
